Status
[October 2016] The Coniella lustricola B22-T-1 genome was sequenced with Illumina, assembled with AllPathsLG, and annotated with the JGI Annotation pipeline. Mitochondrial genome was assembled separately and is available in the downloads section.
The ESTs % mapped to genome is low due to rRNA contamination in the transcriptome libraries, which included 88 - 90% rRNA.
