Info • Morchella sp. M19-34m v1.1

Status

[August 2022] The genome assembly of Morchella fluvialis M19-34m (formerly Morchella sp. M19-34m) was not determined by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI), and was sequenced with Pacbio at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL). Please note that this copy of the genome is not maintained by LANL and is therefore not automatically updated. The transcriptome was sequenced with Illumina and assembled with Trinity by JGI. Subsequently, the JGI Annotation Pipeline was used to generate structural and functional annotations.
